A master electrician with a hunger for innovation, 30+ years of experience, and an unmatched knowledge of complex project management, Rick guides all procurement and field operations.

Cindy Gilston is a problem solver who applies over three decades of executive-level financial and banking experience to support the economic health and stability of the company. As a former executive of Bankers Trust Company, Cindy directs the financial projects that ensure the success of Gilston Electric and its clients. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University.

With an extensive background in electrical engineering, John brings over 30 years of industry expertise to cultivate client relationships through successfully managing complex projects at every stage, from procurement estimates and bid submissions to job logistics.

Steve is a master electrician with over 35 years of experience in electrical construction and is the driving force behind the growth in Gilston’s healthcare portfolio. His insights at the most granular level enable him to oversee pre-construction, contract qualification and value engineering to ensure every project is on time and on budget.

As the Vice President of Compliance and Contracts, Bill is the trusted translator of complex contracts and brings over 30 years of experience to client services. His background in electrical engineering coupled with a Master of Business Administration inform Bill’s approach to ensuring fair and accurate terms, managing operational procedures, and directing document reviews.

Danny is a veteran leader with over 30 years of experience giving him a unique ability to confidently manage numerous complex projects.  Danny provides technical guidance for simultaneous installations while ensuring all projects are built on time and on budget. Danny is the connecting force that aligns clients, management, and labor on a shared vision and clear execution. Danny holds an NYC Master Electrical License and is a graduate of the Harry Van Arsdale Jr. School of Labor Studies at Empire State College.
